The Festival is organised by the Harold’s Cross Community Council with the support of the Harold’s Cross Business Association, Dublin City Council, Terenure and Rathmines Gardaí, Civil Defence, Defence Forces, Russian Orthodox Community, Local Businesses, Artists, Musicians, Historians, Writers and Photographers.
